Returns & Exchanges
Tiny Paperware does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if products are damaged or lost in mail, feel free to contact me via email at tinypaperware@gmail.com and we'll work something out!
Damaged or undelivered orders do not include instances where address provided in the order was incorrect or receiver was not present to receive the order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. Please be understanding :)
Currency
The default currency used on the shop is Singapore Dollars (SGD). You may also view prices in RM or USD by toggling the currency on the website footer.
Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped with tracking within 1 week (both domestic and international), unless stated otherwise on the ribbon banner at the top of the website.

- South East Asia: Up to 12 business days
